Unless
otherwise mutually agreed upon:
- I will
document our discussions and agreements (best via e-mail) and
quote you a firm fixed price based on guitar type selection,
woods selected and specific Decorations/Features
- The
quoted price will be good for 90 days and the price will include
a hard-shell case and my shipping costs
- Generally,
40% of the price must be received prior to start of work and
balance due prior to my shipment. If the guitar is "extremely
customized" (such that I could not re-sell the guitar), an additional
40% payment will be required prior to application of finish
to the guitar. I will advise you if this is the case prior to
acceptance of the order
- You
may return the guitar for full credit any time within 30 days
of receipt if you are not satisfied with the quality of materials
or workmanship
- I will
generally ship within 90 days and will advise you of an estimated
shipping date when I quote a price
- The
warranty on this guitar is given to the original owner for a
period of 5 years from the date of shipment and is limited to
defects in material and workmanship. Problems due to abuse and
handling are not included. A care and maintenance card and a
warranty registration card ( to be filled out by the owner)
will be sent with purchase
